Stage 1 - Mild Drought Condition

District residents and other users of water within the district shall be limited to outdoor water use on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for customers with a street address ending in an even number (0,2,4,6,8) and Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday for customers with a street address ending in an odd number (1,3,5,7,9)
Outdoor water use shall not be permitted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

PENALTY - $25.00 and/or TERMINATION

Stage 2 - Moderate Drought Condition

District residents and other users of water within the district shall be limited to outdoor water use on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for customers with a street address ending in an even number (0,2,4,6,8) and Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday for customers with a street address ending in an odd number (1,3,5,7,9)
Outdoor water use shall not be permitted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The use of sprinklers or an automatic sprinkler system is prohibited at all times. All outdoor water use, including, but not limited to, lawn and garden watering, car washing, and window washing, must be conducted with a hand-held hose with a manual on-off nozzle.
No filling of swimming pools, wading pools, spas, fountains, & Jacuzzi type pools

PENALTY - $50.00 and/or TERMINATION and a
100% Surcharge over 20,000 gallons

Stage 3 - Severe Drought Condition

District residents and other users of water within the District shall be limited to outdoor water use on Tuesday, Thursday for customers with a street address ending in an even number (0,2,4,6,8), and Wednesday, Friday for customers with a street address ending in an odd number (1,3,5,7,9); and
Outdoor water use shall be limited to the designated watering days between the hours of midnight through 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. through midnight.
The use of sprinklers or an automatic sprinkler system is prohibited at all times. All outdoor water use, including, but not limited to, lawn and garden watering, car washing, and window washing, must be conducted with a hand-held hose with a manual on-off nozzle.
No filling of swimming pools, wading pools, spas, fountains, & Jacuzzi type pools

PENALTY - $100.00 and/or TERMINATION and a
200% Surcharge over 12,000 gallons
